Digestive enzymes that improve my digestion. Good dosage, easy-to-take capsule. Stomach acid-resistant, vegan enzymes. Enzymes start working with the first bite of food. Capsule to be taken at the start of a meal. As I eat a lot of protein, I also take Bromeline and papain. Thank you HSN for these quality products.

Does not seem to work for me
This product does not seem to be very potent as I did not experience any digestive benefits from using it. Only upside is that the pills are pretty small so they go down easily. Good thing I got this as a gift with an order once. Not recommended.

Useful when the stomach can't take it.
It helps digest foods, especially protein foods, so it is good to have it on hand especially when it comes to complex foods such as meat, cheese or eggs. It's not just about protein. I also found the product useful for complex fatty carbohydrate meals.

I did not really know about enzymes until now, but I have to admit that I was really positively surprised. In the evening like times flatulence, taking before the meal helped really well.
Kannte mich mit Enzymen bis dato nicht wirklich aus, muss aber zugeben, wirklich positiv überrascht worden zu sein.
Abends gerne mal Blähungen, Einnahme vor der Mahlzeit half wirklich gut.
