I did not really know about enzymes until now, but I have to admit that I was really positively surprised. In the evening like times flatulence, taking before the meal helped really well.

Kannte mich mit Enzymen bis dato nicht wirklich aus, muss aber zugeben, wirklich positiv überrascht worden zu sein. Abends gerne mal Blähungen, Einnahme vor der Mahlzeit half wirklich gut.

Price-performance ratio super!

An effective product. I have now ordered it for the second time and combine it with betaine HCL, bromelain and papain from HSN, as I am mainly concerned with the proteases to better digest my protein shake. Since we are here at HSN yes in the field of sports nutrition, I wonder why HSN does not offer a preparation with more proteases like the much too expensive Masszymes? :-)

Ein wirksames Produkt. Habe es jetzt zum zweiten Mal bestellt und kombiniere es mit Betain HCL, Bromelain und Papain von HSN, da es mir vor allem um die Proteasen geht, um meinen Eiweißshake besser zu verdauen. Da wir uns hier bei HSN ja im Bereich Sportlernahrung bewegen, frage ich mich, warum HSN kein Präparat mit mehr Proteasen wie das viel zu teure Masszymes anbietet? :-)

When I take it, digestion especially of milk products or carbohydrates in general is immediately better.

Quando ne faccio assunzione la digestione soprattuto di prodotti a base di latte o carboidrati in generale é subito migliore.

They were given to me as a gift, and I must say that you can immediately notice the effect on digestion. They should be used in large meals, though. If eaten like canaries, they are of no use.

Mi sono stati regalati e devo dire che si nota subito l effetto sulla digestione. Però vanno utilizzate in pasti abbondanti. Se mangiate come canarini non servono a nulla.

They arrived as a gift and I have already ordered another jar, they are wonderful taken before the meal, especially if you eat out or you are traveling and can fall bad some ingredient. Super recommended and advisable to always take with me.
