I take them to be able to digest better many meals since fruit, carbohydrates or milk is very hard for me to digest and it inflames my abdomen a lot and with them my digestion is less heavy.

Worthwhile
I bought this product because I am lactose intolerant. It has more enzymes, so I also use it when I know I'm going to have a big meal or when I'm going to eat things that might be bad for me. And it works. The only downside is that it comes in tablet form instead of capsules.
Compré este producto porque tengo intolerancia a la lactosa. Tiene más enzimas, así que lo uso también cuando sé que voy a tener una comida copiosa o cuando voy a comer cosas que me puedan sentar mal. Y hace su efecto. La única pega que le pongo es que viene en formato comprimido en vez de en cápsulas.
