Good aid in digestion
I tend to have slow digestion and I can't overload my stomach. Digezyme helps me cope better. I take it before the first meal of the day and very well, I don't feel the heaviness I used to feel in my digestion. I am happy with the product.

Seems to work
The truth is that I was a little reluctant to use this type of product because I do not really understand how it works, but it is true that when I have used it, it has helped me with my lactose intolerance, so it is effective in some way. La verdad que era un poco reticente a usar este tipo de productos porque no llego a comprender muy bien como pueden funcionar, pero sí que es cierto que cuando lo he usado me ha ayudado con mi intolerancia a la lactosa por lo que de alguna manera es efectivo. I have a lot of problems with my digestions (I already treat them at a medical level), however, the digestive enzymes, although they don't work magic, I do notice that they help me to improve my digestions, so as a complement to the rest of the guidelines I follow, they end up being very useful.
