Excellent product but expensive
Egg white powder is a must-have in the kitchen, for both sweet and savory recipes, and is very easy to use. The product is expensive, but of very good quality, and the powder dissolves well. I used to buy a neutral sachet, and another vanilla-flavored one, but unfortunately the vanilla-flavored powders have been out of stock for a few months now.
Le blanc d'œuf en poudre est un indispensable en cuisine, pour des recettes salées et sucrées, elle s'utilise très simplement. Le produit est cher, mais de très bonne qualité, la poudre se dissout bien. J'avais l'habitude d'acheter un sachet neutre, et un autre goût vanille, mais cela fait quelques mois que les poudres goût vanille sont en rupture de stock, malheureusement.
