Well dosed preparation to take with you
Since I'm on the road a lot, I prefer to take capsules, they are always properly dosed and planned to take. The capsules could be a little smaller to my taste. The effect after taking is noticeable to me depending on the form of the day times more or less well. But I take it only briefly and hope that the effect increases even more, if I manage to exercise enough of course.
Da ich viel unterwegs bin, bevorzuge ich die Einnahme von Kapseln, die sind immer richtig dosiert und geplant einzunehmen. Die Kapseln könnten nach meinem Geschmack aber etwas kleiner sein. Der Effekt nach der Einnahme ist für mich je nach Tagesform mal mehr oder weniger gut spürbar. Ich nehme es aber erst kurz ein und hoffe, dass sich die Wirkung sogar noch mehr steigert, wenn ich es schaffe, genug zu trainieren natürlich.
