Alternative to powder

This supplement has always worked very well for me. I usually take it in powdered form but I find it more convenient to have it in this form for when I'm traveling.

Everything counts

You won't notice a dramatic increase in performance, but it all adds up to an improvement. I recommend taking it along with creatine. At certain ages any little help in training is noticeable.

No vas a notar un aumento del rendimiento brutal pero todo suma para mejorar. Lo recomiendo tomar junto con creatina. A ciertas edades se nota cualquier pequeña ayuda en los entrenamientos.
