A very minor extra
Somewhat large pills, as a supplement I have not noticed too much difference to not taking it. I believe there are other supplements with more proven effectiveness to consume.

Good product
I use it in times of extreme or long definitions. It is useful to maintain muscle mass in case of sarcopenia. Obviously young people do not have this problem, but I am 33 years old and it comes in handy when I do long periods of hypocaloric diet. It is a good product for these cases.
Lo uso en épocas de definiciones extremas o largas. Sirve para mantener la masa muscular en caso de sarcopenia. Evidentemente gente joven no tiene este problema, pero yo tengo 33 años y a mi me viene bien cuando hago periodos largos de dieta hipocalórica.
Es un buen producto para estos casos.

In slightly large tablets
I had consumed HMB before but in powder form, but this time HSN has given me a bottle of pills. It is just as effective as in powder but it is true that the pills are quite large, although it has a slot to be able to split them but not being capsules it is true that it can be difficult to swallow. In my case when they are finished I will return to the HMB powder.
Había consumido antes HMB pero en polvo, pero en esta ocasión HSN me ha regalado un bote de pastillas. Es igual de efectivo que en polvo pero si que es cierto que las pastillas son bastante grandes, aunque trae una ranura para poder partirlas pero al no ser capsulas si que es cierto que puede ser difícil de tragar. En mi caso cuando se terminen volveré al HMB en polvo.
