Apart from the fact that the dose of 1 gram per tablet is useful for daily supplementation, the combination of vitamin C with bioflavonoids and rosehip helps to better absorption. Positive also the quantity/price ratio, especially for the 120 tablet bottle. In aspects that could be improved, the fact that the tablets contain magnesium salts and silicon dioxide, when it would be desirable that they had no additives of this type; and the format in tablets, which is more difficult to swallow than in capsules and that for people with difficulties in this regard can be somewhat uphill.
Aparte de que la dosis de 1 gramo por tableta es útil para suplementación diaria, la combinación de vitamina C con bioflavonoides y rosa mosqueta ayudan a una mejor absorción. Positivo también el ratio cantidad/precio, sobre todo para el bote de 120 tabletas. En aspectos mejorables, el hecho de que las tabletas contengan sales magnésicas y dióxido de silicio, cuando sería deseable que no tuviesen aditivos de este tipo; y el formato en tabletas, que es más difícil de tragar que en cápsulas y que para personas con dificultades en este sentido puede hacerse algo cuesta arriba.
