Essential antioxidant.
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant and this one is very complete as it contains bioflavonoids and rose hips and is 1000mg. I take 2 or 3 tablets a day because I have fibromyalgia and CFS and vitamin C has been prescribed for it. Very good price.
La vitamina C es un antioxidante imprescindible y éste es muy completo al llevar bioflavonoides y rosa mosqueta y ser de 1000mg. Tomo 2 o 3 tabletas al día porque tengo fibromialgia y SFC y la vitamina C me la han recetado para ello. Muy buen precio.
