I recommend
I have been taking it for some time, especially in winter to strengthen my defenses. What I have noticed is that I get colds less often and, when I get the flu, I recover faster. I also feel that it helps me with my day-to-day energy. I like that it has bioflavonoids and rosehip because they say it improves absorption and enhances the antioxidant effect.
