Good alternative to sugar
I was afraid because many people talk about bitterness, but you just have to be careful with the amount. I use the tip of a knife as a measure and depending on what I want to sweeten, I even add a little bit of water to test the sweetness... Then you get a better idea. I think it's a great alternative to help sweeten.
Tive medo pois muitas pessoas falam do tal amargor, mas basta ter cuidado com a quantidade. Eu utilizo como medida a pontinha de uma faca e dependendo do que quero adoçar, até coloco num pouquinho de água para testar o doce... Depois passamos a ter uma noção melhor. Acho uma ótima alternativa para ajudar a adoçar.

It is exactly what it promises. However, it is not for me. Being 100% pure, with very little amount of product it starts to become quite bitter, which makes it difficult to use. I think I will try other sweeteners.

With a very small amount it sweetens a lot, and does not leave a cloying taste, but you have to put the exact amount, I think the presentation should be in a jar with a dispenser because the powder is very fine and it is difficult to open and close the container without wasting product. But in terms of quality it is perfect.
Con una pequeñísima cantidad endulza muchísimo, y no deja sabor empalagoso, pero tienes que poner la cantidad exacta, creo que la presentación debería ser en bote con dosificador porque el polvo es muy fino y es complicado abrir y cerrar el envase sin desperdiciar producto. Pero en cuanto a calidad perfecto.
