Very good.
I bought it for its properties to regulate hormones but the truth is that I have loved the taste. I add it to coffee or porridge and, although I can't say much about its hormonal effects because I don't use it daily, I love the bitter taste it has and for that reason alone I will repeat.
La compré por sus propiedades para regular las hormonas pero lo cierto es que me ha encantado el sabor. Se lo echo al café o porridge y, aunque no puedo decir mucho de sus efectos hormonales porque no la uso a diario, me encanta el sabor amargo que tiene y solo por eso repetiré.

Essential in my diet
Libido, energy, and especially for my partner of 48 years old, elimination of pre-menopausal effects. We take it in shake or porridge, at first when we started taking it was a little strange taste but eventually you get used to it, in addition, we mix it with other nutrients such as cocoa, spirulina, yogurt, kefir, nuts, blueberries, strawberries ... and the flavor is diluted.

Lo tomamos en batido o papilla, al principio cuando la empezamos a tomar era un poco extraño el sabor pero con el tiempo te acostumbras, además, lo mezclamos con otros nutrientes como el cacao, espirulina, yogur, kéfir, frutos secos, arándanos, fresas... y se diluye el sabor.
