Effective and well priced
I had taken maca extract in capsules before, with good results. Now I have tried this root powder version without concentrating. I notice the effects, on busy days I arrive fresher at the end of the day. The main drawback is that it is indeed a powdered root and it tastes like that, like root. If you don't like that taste (if you have tried soluble fiber it is similar), it is better to go to encapsulated. The sachet format is complicated to use, I end up moving it to glass jars.
Había tomado extracto de maca en cápsulas anteriormente, con buenos resultados. Ahora he probado esta versión de raíz en polvo sin concentrar. Yo noto los efectos, en días con mucha actividad llego más fresco a última hora. La principal pega es que, efectivamente, es una raíz en polvo y sabe a eso, a raíz. Si no te gusta ese sabor (si has probado fibra soluble es similar), mejor ve a encapsulados. El formato en sobre es complicado de utilizar, yo lo acabo pasando a tarros de cristal.
