The first thing I do in the morning is to drink a glass of hot water with natural lemon to which I add two fingers of natural ginger infusion, when I drink half of it I add the small scoop of collagen, and I don't notice any strange taste. It is noticeable on my skin. I ordered 1 kilo and now I'm on my second. It's perfect.
Yo lo primero que hago por las mañanas es tomar un vaso de agua caliente con limón natural a la que añado dos dedos de una infusión de jengibre natural, cuando me bebo la mitad echo el cacito de colágeno, y no noto ningún sabor extraño. It dissolves quickly its flavor is neutral and it is not bad to dissolve it in water.
I started with collagen 6 capsules daily.
