Good product but in large quantities it causes gas, it is not suitable for baking. Best used in cold pastries or to sweeten cold beverages.

Value for money
The same xylitol you can find elsewhere but cheaper here. For me xylitol and erythritol are the best sweeteners to replace sugar, much better than sucralose and cheaper than stevia. Xylitol elicits a minimal insulin response compared to the null response of erythritol. On the other hand, it has the advantage of being effective in reducing bacterial plaque on the teeth (in fact, it is the ingredient in chewing gum and candies used to clean the mouth after eating).
El mismo xilitol que puedes encontrar en otras partes pero aquí más barato. Para mí el xilitol y el eritritol son los mejores edulcorantes para sustituir al azúcar, mucho mejores que la sucralosa y más baratos que la estevia. El xilitol despierta una respuesta insulínica mínima frente a la respuesta nula del eritritol. Pero por otra parte tiene la ventaja de que es eficaz reduciendo la placa bacteriana de los dientes (de hecho, es el ingrediente de chicles y caramelitos que sirven para limpiar la boca después de comer).
