I bought Xylitol for the first time to sweeten coffee and desserts, and I love it. It sweetens almost the same as sugar, but with fewer calories and without harming your teeth. It dissolves well and tastes good. So like Erythritol they are my favorite sweeteners.

Good sweetener

The barely perceptible sweetness

Great taste
I was surprised that it tastes and sweetens just like sugar. It dissolves very well. The bad thing is that like all HSN packets it closes very badly.
