Sweetens very little
Perhaps I expected more because I usually use steviol glycosides and wanted an alternative, but its sweetness is almost the same as not using any sweetener. However, its texture is similar to sugar and it dissolves well.

Hi Laura, The sweetening power of xylitol is the same as that of white sugar, its equivalence is 1:1. If you are looking for more sweetness intensity you can use Sucralose or Stevia. Best regards.

I was not convinced
I usually use erythritol but I had read many comments about xylitol and how good it was. I wanted to try it but I have not been convinced, I have not noticed the sweetening power as I expected. So I have gone back to erythritol, which is also cheaper.
