A good way to add good protein without the peanut fat to a yogurt for example, in my case I mix it with whipped cream cheese and a teaspoon of 100% cocoa and a few drops of sucralose and it is super top.

A perfect complement
The truth is that this product is great. I usually add it to my smoothies, yogurts or other healthy desserts I make. It is a very good source of protein for the amount of fat removed and I am sure that in my next order I will include it in the list. Also, online you can find methods of making peanut butter with these powders that are defatted. I am very happy with the taste, presentation and the amount that comes in the package.
La verdad es que es genial este producto. Lo suelo añadir a mis batidos, yogures u otros postres saludables que hago. Es una fuente de proteína muy buena por la cantidad de grasa eliminada y estoy seguro de que en mi próximo pedido la incluiré en la lista. Además, por internet se pueden encontrar métodos de hacer mantequilla de cacahuete con estos polvos que están desgrasadados. Estoy muy contento con el sabor, presentación y la cantidad que viene en el paquete.
