They are a fan of this nut or whatever you want to call it ... yes, legume hah, but the defatted peanut is the key for me, not containing so much fat I can continue to consume it in addition to the extra protein it gives me, the advantage of this, is that its speed is greater although there was never much difference, but it shows in the lightness that I have compared, I like more of HSN.
Son un fanático de este fruto seco o como lo queráis llamar.. si, legumbre jaj, pero el cacahuete desgrasado es la clave para mi, al no contener tanta grasa puedo seguir consumiéndolo además de las proteínas extra que me aporta, la ventaja de este, es que su rapidez es mayor aunque nunca hubo gran diferencia, pero se nota en la ligereza por que lo he comparado, me gusta mas de HSN.

I like all kinds of peanuts. I use this powder in any dish: rice, pasta, potatoes.... In general, I prefer peanut butter, but it can be interesting to take it in powder form from time to time. Note: the powder is very fine and should not be consumed alone or with a lot of saliva.
