The defatted peanut flour is the best way to provide protein with a good flavor and I mix it with pure cocoa and coconut flour, also HSN brand because they are better and after mixing, you have super tasty conguito flour, if it lacks sweetness, I recommend adding HSN cocoa flavoring.
