As always, it is impossible to be sure that they have this or that effect, but I have replaced one of the 2 protein shakes (30 g) that I was taking with one of amino acids (15 g), and after 2 and a half weeks I feel the same or better in terms of recovery. Due to the composition, the contribution is excellent, logically with the advantage of being amino acids in free form. Better absorption and less digestive effort, less metabolites. Even taking half the dose, it is still a little more expensive than whey protein, but it compensates me. I take the neutral flavor, I admit that at first I was shocked by the taste (and smell) so strange, but it is one of those tastes that I at least I can get used to (although I say that now ... my first reaction was "next time I ask for them flavored", then as I say I was adapting). The only bad thing, as always, the uncomfortable envelope format, but I solve that by transferring the product to a plastic jar (on sale right here at HSN), much more practical.
Como siempre, es imposible asegurar que tengan tal o cual efecto, pero he reemplazado uno de los 2 batidos de proteína (30 g) que tomaba por uno de aminoácidos (15 g), y tras 2 semanas y media me noto igual o mejor en cuanto a recuperación. Por la composición, el aporte es excelente, lógicamente con la ventaja de ser aminoácidos en forma libre. Mejor absorción y menor esfuerzo digestivo, menos metabolitos. Incluso tomando mitad de dosis, sigue saliendo un poco más caro que proteína de suero, pero me compensa.
Tomo el sabor neutro, reconozco que al principio me chocó el sabor (y olor) tan extraño, pero es de esos gustos a los que yo al menos puedo acostumbrarme (aunque eso lo digo ahora... mi primera reacción fue "la próxima vez los pido con sabor", luego como digo me fui adaptando).
Lo único malo, como siempre, el incómodo formato sobre, pero eso lo resuelvo pasando el producto a un bote de plástico (a la venta aquí mismo en HSN), mucho más práctico.
