They fulfill their purpose but for a product that is supposed to be flavorless, they taste horrible. I couldn't take more than half the packet, at one point I gave up. I recommend buying them with some flavor to disguise that.

Very remarkable results
A couple of months ago I decided to incorporate this product into my pre-workout. After doing a lot of research and reading several studies about its possible benefits on sports performance and muscle mass gain, I wanted to try it for a while. I do fasted strength training and along with creatine I have noticed an extra boost of energy. I have waited a few months to really see its effectiveness and the change is evident.
