Brownie flavor
I really liked the taste so I can even make low fat brownies or cookies. It helps me a lot to reach the calorie levels I need per day. And without suffering by taking high protein and easy to digest snacks.

Cookies and cream flavor
I think it is a good product (cookies and cream flavor) because it is very tasty to drink with water or soy beverage. As for digestion it is very light and its consistency is also very good for making protein pancakes or desserts. This month I bought it again to make my fitness desserts.
Me parece un buen producto (sabor galletas y crema) ya que tanto para beber con agua o bebida de soja queda súper rico de sabor. En cuanto a la digestión es muy liviano y también queda muy bien su consistencia para hacer tortitas proteicas o postres.
