It's good for a quick drink before or after training. So far I have tried it with water... and the taste is a little weak. I have to try it with milk and I'm sure the taste will improve!

Just mix them with a little milk and heat them in the microwave to make a great mug cake right out of the box, snack to take on the go too, not bad flavors, maybe to sweeten or enrich
