At first I was skeptical of this product, and accustomed to the acid of the bcaa they were very soft. Now I can't live without them, I take them to work when I can't eat to keep my energy up and I notice the difference a lot.

I am very "addicted" to any type of carb and this is no exception for its taste and practicality... of course it is much cleaner than other carb (meals I mean) and gives you that extra energy when you train seriously.
