I don't know if it's a coincidence but I started taking it during workouts and you end up a little less tired and the recovery is a little faster, since the next day you are recovered again.
No sé si será casualidad pero empecé a tomarlo durante los entrenamientos y terminas algo menos cansado y la recuperación es algo más rápida, ya que al día siguiente vuelves a estar recuperado.

Quite effective
I use it for long workouts of more than two hours, not that it leaves you as good as new but you do notice that extra energy to keep performing. After a long race I take them as a recovery drink and they also work very well. The lemon ones are super tasty.
Yo la uso para entrenos largos de más de dos horas, no es que te deje como nuevo pero si que notas ese plus de energía para seguir rindiendo. Después de una carrera larga las tomo como recuperador y también me van muy bien. Las de limón súper ricas.
