Good isotonic.
The currant flavor is very well achieved. It does not have excessive calories but the calories it has are due to the glucose and fructose present. There is the option of buying it without sugar, but it is like drinking salt water. Also the fact that it has sugar allows us to use it in demanding sessions. I have used the trick of putting half the recommended amount and it is enough for me.
El sabor a grosella está muy bien conseguido. No tiene excesivas calorías pero las que tiene es debido a la glucosa y fructosa presentes. Hay la opción de comprarlo sin azúcar pero para qué engañarnos: es como tomar agua salada. También el hecho de que tenga azúcar permite que lo usemos en sesiones exigentes. Yo he usado el truco de ponerle la mitad de la cantidad recomendada y me resulta suficiente.
