Good intra-training
I use it for my trail running workouts of long duration or containing high intensity series. It dilutes easily in water and allows you to play with the amounts of carbohydrates. It has a very good taste both orange and currant which are the ones I've tried, they go in super well.

My liquid food in competition.
I have been using this isotonic for years. On long runs I just carry a half kilo softflash in my backpack with the powder, which I dissolve in another one with water, in a few seconds I have hydration, food and salts and I'm going for miles! My wife puts half a teaspoon in her natural yogurt, so it gives it a touch of lemon flavor and complements her proteins.
Llevo usando esta isotónica desde hace años. En carreras de muchas horas en mi alimento principal, simplemente llevo en la mochila un softflash de medio kilo con los polvos, que voy disolviendo en otro con agua, en pocos segundos tengo hidratación, alimento y sales y ¡así tiro millas!
