I bought the Orange flavor. It tastes good, dissolves quickly and easily. I use it for road cycling and it does its job of feeding me while I hydrate.

It is great for training, depending on the load you can take it pre, intra or post, in my case I buy it unflavored to mix it with bcca watermelon flavor and it goes great, sometimes I put it post with Hmb.

It is just what I needed to not have to be mixing, just make the necessary amount in the canister and that's it, everything goes, sweetened lemon flavor, no cloying or dry mouth from the taste, no need to rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
