Today is the first time I try it. I bought the neutral flavor because it was the cheapest one. The taste is really good because it is like a soft candy and it is excellent for me so it does not make me sick to my stomach. In addition, today since I went out to train I felt great with lots of energy and for my series training I felt very energetic and I managed to do it at the pace I had planned.
