I tried the unflavored version; it is like drinking lightly sweetened water. It dissolves nicely even in bottles without a shaker. My workouts are much less tiring because of these carbohydrates.
Ho provato la versione non aromatizzata, è come bere acqua leggermente zuccherata. Si scioglie benissimo anche nelle bottiglie senza shaker. I miei allenamenti sono molto meno faticosi grazie a questi carboidrati.
