Very good complement
I use caffeine together with guarana extract by making my own size 1 capsules. I use between 7 and 10 grams of caffeine per 100 capsules and the rest of guarana (about 32 ~ 34 grams per 100 capsules depending on how much I can press the contents). I take the capsules on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up while I prepare breakfast or organize the day, I notice the caffeine boost shortly after or during breakfast and then I do not notice the crash that caffeine can sometimes produce because I have the effect of guarana that counteracts that. Very good to start the day or as a pre-workout (take it 30 to 60 minutes before training) and very good for those of us who a cup of normal coffee can cause us stomach discomfort but still want that extra alertness and productivity of a stimulant in the morning.
Uso la cafeína junto con el extracto de guaraná haciendo mis propias cápsulas de tamaño 1. Usando entre 7 y 10 gramos de cafeína por cada 100 cápsulas y el resto de guaraná (unos 32 ~ 34 gramos por cada 100 capsulas depende de lo que pueda prensar el contenido). Tomo las cápsulas en ayunas nada más levantarme mientras preparo el desayuno u organizo el día, noto el boost de cafeína al poco rato o durante el desayuno y luego no noto el bajón que a veces puede producir la cafeína ya que tengo el efecto de la guaraná que contrarresta eso. Muy bueno para empezar el día o como preentreno (tomarlo 30 a 60 minutos antes de entrenar) y muy bien para los que una taza de café normal nos puede producir molestias estomacales pero aún queremos ese extra de estar alerta y de productividad de un estimulante por las mañanas.

I bought the caffeine so I could increase my energy and my effectiveness in my workouts. SPOILER: you have succeeded. The taste is a bit unpleasant, it doesn't taste like anything, but a bit bit bitter that taste like nothing. The truth is that the high is very progressive, it's not a rush of a thousand of a moment and you forget about it. It's a high that grows step by step, progressively. Recommended purchase, on top of that you only have to take half a spoonful that comes inside and it will last you (if only one person uses it) well over a year.
Compré la cafeína para poder incrementar mi energía y mi efectividad en mis entrenamientos. SPOILER: lo ha conseguido. El sabor es un poco desagradable, no sabe a nada, pero un poco amargo ese sabor a nada. La verdad es que el subidón es muy progresivo, no es un subidón a mil de un momento y ya te olvidas. Es un chute que va creciendo escalonadamente, progresivamente. Compra recomendadisima, encima solo te tienes que echar media cucharada que te viene dentro y te va a durar (si lo usa solo una persona) bastante mas de un año.

I have been using this product for a long time, it is very good value for money, the shipping is very fast, the presentation is good, but the format should be smaller or different because you have to dive to find the dispenser and the product is wasted, solved by moving to another more practical container. In my case the whole dispenser hardly feel effect but if you feel, the taste is bitter but to me it does not bother me is more I take it under the tongue and that the glands absorb it faster and there if you notice the rush. it is not for every day if not your receptors will be compromised, overall very good product at a very good price.
calidad precio mas que bien, envió super rápido, la presentación es buena top , pero debería ser mas pequeño o distinto el formato ya que tienes que bucear para encontrar el dosificador y se desperdicia el producto, solucionado pasando a otro envase mas practico. en mi caso el dosificador entero apenas siento efecto pero si siente , el sabor es amargo pero a mi no me incomoda es mas yo lo tomo bajo la lengua y que las glándulas lo absorban mas rápido y ahí si se nota el subidón. no es para todos los días si no tus receptores se verán comprometidos , en general muy buen producto a un muy buen precio
