Increased strength is noticeable.
I first tried capsules from which I took out the powder that came inside. With 2 I noticed the first day a pretty good increase in strength. Then I went on to take 3 capsules and the truth is very good. I think it is better than acetyl carnitine which has a more unpleasant smell and taste, coming from acetic acid (vinegar) whose taste and smell I hate. I now take the powder form. Highly recommended.
Probé primero con cápsulas de las que sacaba el polvo que venía dentro. Con 2 noté el primer día un aumento de fuerza bastante bueno. Luego pasé a tomar 3 cápsulas y la verdad muy bien. Creo que es mejor que la acetil carnitina que tiene un olor y sabor más desagradable, al proceder del ácido acético (vinagre) cuyo sabor y olor detesto. Ahora tomo el formato polvo. Muy recomendable.
