I have found it to be good, at the right doses it helps reduce stress and promotes relaxation. Unfortunately the pouch on opening and closing loses its grip and no longer closes. I will have to suggest a Velcro type closure because they seem to me much but much more effective in theppre and close if the pouches especially are large.

I use it with essential amino acids (bitter) because of their sweet taste. I put the amino acids with soluble cappuccino, two teaspoons of glycine and egg albumin so the bitter taste of the amino acids is more tolerable. According to studies, Glycine helps to eliminate glyphosate residues that we take with vegetables. It has many benefits. I do not like the packaging because I have to put everything in caps but the Raw format of any product is purer, without additives of any kind.

It is very subtle I take 3 to 10 grams every night before bedtime, I feel some tickling in the skull and a slight relaxation I do not know if it is a placebo effect but it is very subtle so not easy to judge I guess it must help to sleep and acts on glutathione as an antioxidant against oxidative stress on the long term and it is good to supplement but it remains an amino easily made by the body and abundant but being Vegan I think it is a good idea especially since collagen is greedy in glycine and if we do a lot of sport we would obviously need more collagen to better repair what has been stressed and wear out so better recovery even if it is too subtle for me to be aware of it there are a lot of factors that can bias my judgment.
