The package is quite large, with a small amount it is enough to season the yogurt well. As it is ground, it has more flax flavor than the unground version, besides it is much better digested in this way and the nutrients are better utilized.

I had bought this product before it was out of stock and I was very satisfied with the nutritional value and its solubility in water so when it came back I bought it directly, without paying attention to the new price which is a bit prohibitive
