It works very well in cold dishes or preparations. It works very well for thickening plant-based milks to make yogurt and makes it creamy. It also works very well for making homemade ice cream. It is creamy and not pasty. The dosage is quite small because the product is of good quality and doesnt require large quantities. I recommend it and will buy it again.
Funciona muito bem em pratos ou preparações frias. É ótimo para engrossar bebidas vegetais e fazer iogurte, deixando-o bem cremoso. Também resulta super bem para fazer gelado caseiro, fica cremoso e nada pastoso. A dose necessária é mesmo pequena, porque o produto é de boa qualidade e não precisa de grandes quantidades.
