One of my best allies for pre and/or post workout food, I combine it with evolate and the digestion is impeccable, with little water you get a mush and with more water there is enough liquid as I feel like it at the moment.

If you take it alone it is not very tasty because it has no flavor. But if you mix it with some oatmeal, chocolate powder, peanut powder it improves a lot.
