My idea was to switch from saccharin to another sweetener, but with a taste more similar to "sweet sucrose". And shuffling among them, I came across sucralose, with a potency 600 times higher than sucrose (mind you, I'm not kidding). The scoop that comes with it is tiny and with that I managed to sweeten more than half a liter of tea and left it super sweet. For now I'm trying to get the hang of it. It seemed strange to me, when everyone recommended using a salt shaker to better control the amount you put in...and they were right. It will last me quite a while for the amount you use...so ...it doesn't come out so expensive.
Mi idea era pasarme de la sacarina a otro edulcorante, pero que tuviera un sabor más similar a la "dulce sacarosa".
Y barajeando entre los mismos, me encontré con la sucralosa, con una potencia 600 veces superior a la sacarosa (ojo, que no es broma). El cacito que viene es diminuto y con eso conseguí endulzar más de medio litro de té y lo dejé super dulce.
Por ahora estoy intentando pillarle el truco.

Recommended by a friend who consumes it, I decided to try it. A great success because although it seems expensive, as its sweetness is much higher than sugar, it lasts a long time. I dissolve 4 measuring spoons (the small one that comes inside the package) in 90 ml of water (a bottle of liquid saccharin with a dropper that I had at home) and add 15-20 drops to my breakfast coffee with milk (big glass) and 8-10 to the coffee I drink in the afternoon in a small cup. Undoubtedly a great discovery. If anyone has doubts because they do not know it or because it is not a product normally sold in large supermarkets as is the case with other sweeteners, I encourage you to see labels of "light" products and you will discover that it is a sweetener widely used in yogurts, drinks etc .... It is also a very good option for diabetics since its glycemic index is 0 and it has 0 calories.
Recomendado por un amigo que la consume me animé a probarla. Todo un acierto porque aunque parezca cara, al ser su dulzor muy superior al del azúcar, dura mucho. Yo disuelvo 4 cucharas medidoras (la pequeñita que viene dentro del envase) en 90 ml de agua (un bote de sacarina líquida con gotero que tenía por casa) y añado 15-20 gotas al café con leche del desayuno (vaso grande) y 8-10 al café cortado que tomo a media tarde en taza pequeña. Sin duda todo un descubrimiento. Si alguien tiene dudas porque no lo conoce o porque no es un producto vendido normalmente en grandes superficies como es el caso de otros edulcorantes, yo le animo a ver etiquetas de productos "light" y descubrirán que es un edulcorante bastante usado en yogures, bebidas etc...
Además es muy buena opción para diabéticos ya que su índice glucémico es 0 y tiene 0 calorías.
