Healthy and satiating
I bought this product a few weeks ago, and I must say that I am very happy to have found a food for breakfast that is not only healthy but also keeps you satiated during the morning, helping to reduce the urge to snack mid-morning. I usually combine it with a low-fat yogurt and a piece of chopped fruit. It has a rich taste, not unpleasant like others.
Compré este producto hace unas pocas semanas, y he de decir que me alegra mucho haber encontrado para desayunar un alimento el cual no solo es sano sino que también, te mantiene saciado durante la mañana ayudando a reducir las ganas de picotear a media mañana. Yo suelo combinarlo con un yogur desnatado y una pieza de fruta picada en trozos. Tiene un sabor rico, no es desagradable como otros.
