I came to Moringa because of its influence on my blood glucose levels, which were starting to go too high in my blood tests. I take it together with Gluco Care from HSN, in addition to my diet, and although I have not been taking it for too long, my blood sugar control has not worsened.

I have not done well
They didn't agree with me, they made me feel dizzy when I tried to take them, so I only took them for a week and the whole jar went to the trash. I have never taken this plant before, I don't know if I have some kind of intolerance to it, but I don't feel like repeating.
A mi no me han sentado muy bien, me daban como mareos cuando las intenté consumir, asi que apenas tomé una semana y el bote se fue entero a la basura. Nunca antes habia tomado esta planta, no sé si tengo algún tipo de intolerancia con ella, la verdad, pero no me apetece repetir.
