The protein profile is correct, taste very good, in line with what you expect, texture good. Where it really won me over is the fact that it comes from pastured livestock and free-range hens, it gives it the premium touch that I personally value. The fact that they choose sunflower lecithin instead of soy also appealed to me. I have a bit of mania for the hormonal issue, although not fully demonstrated, better to avoid something neutral like sunflower.
