I have very mixed feelings about this product because on the one hand I am very satisfied with the price and the nutritional composition, but on the other hand, several of the protein sources are unknown to me and the price is still extremely low, so I would like the description to give more information to reassure me a little more.
Très partagé par ce produit car d'une part je suis très satisfait du prix et de la composition nutritionnelle, mais d'une autre part, plusieurs des sources de protéines me sont inconnues et le prix est quand-même extrêmement bas, donc j'aimerais bien que le descriptif donne plus d'informations pour rassurer un peu plus

It takes a while to dissolve
I have a metabolism that I would have to eat 17 times a day just not to lose weight, so a protein to take at night and not lose what I may have gained in the gym, very cool. The strawberry shortcake flavor is ok, for the next one, which there will be a next one, I will try another one to see how it goes. I used to make the shake with milk, if you put a little more than the right amount or less cold milk than it should be, you will get lumps and/or foam, it's not something I mind too much but for example, the one I take after training is super dissolved and this one is not, I have to measure the amounts well, after a few weeks you get used to it and sometimes I mess it up but in general it's fine.
Yo tengo un metabolismo que tendría que comer 17 veces al día solo para no adelgazar, así que una proteína para tomar por la noche y no perder lo que haya podido ganar en el gimnasio, muy guay.
El sabor de tarta de fresa está bien, para el próximo, que habrá un próximo, probaré otro a ver qué tal.
Yo hacía el batido con leche, si pones un poco más de cantidad de la cuenta o menos leche fría de la que toca, te quedarán grumitos y/o espuma, no es algo que me importe demasiado pero por ejemplo, la que tomo después de entrenar queda super disuelta y esta no, tengo que medir bien las cantidades, después de unas semanas te acostumbras y alguna vez la lio pero en general bien.

I buy products because of the effect and casein is just as good as Whey, but offers a better saturation on diet, because it binds bspw. in porridge more water. The variant based on Snickers I can not judge from the original, but it does not taste bad even as a shake. Would recommend it.
Ich kaufe Produkte wegen der Wirkung und Casein ist einfach ähnlich gut wie Whey, aber bietet auf Diät eine bessere Sättigung, denn es bindet bspw. im Porridge mehr Wasser. Die an Snickers angelehnte Variante kann ich nicht anhand des Originals beurteilen, aber es schmeckt nicht mal als Shake schlecht. Würde es empfehlen.

I loved the taste, a little doughy mixed with milk but if you mix it well it is not difficult to drink it like any other shake.
