It dissolves very well with rice drink (and also with water). The taste is very good, and it has hardly any floury texture. To add a bit of carbohydrates to shakes is very good, I use it in the mornings to easily add carbohydrates to the protein shake. Just as a shake to take it for taste, it is worth it, because it looks like a milkshake, but with a softer chocolate flavor.
