I bought the speculoos cookie flavor because every time I wear it out I try new flavors, and it tastes exactly like the cookies. If you are a fan of these cookies like me, buy it without hesitation. I always mix them with milk and they dissolve very well, even better than some whey. Product 10 out of 10 as HSN has become accustomed to.

I have tried the chocolate and hazelnut flavored soy protein. It is a bit cloying for my taste and the flavor is not quite what you would expect. In any case it is not bad either, but I think it needs one more twist to improve the flavor. It should be noted that it does not have a gritty feel, as can happen with other protein sachets.
