I am lactose intolerant, and for a few months it was a very good choice especially for the price. Taste is not bad, sometimes it is hard to dissolve. After a year I started to feel a little heavy. With this scenario and reading a little about isoflavones in soybeans I decided to invest a little more and try Evohydro 2.0 (hydrolyzed whey) a success for lactose intolerant people.
Soy intolerante a la lactosa, y por unos meses fue una muy buena opción sobre todo por el precio. Sabor no están mal, a veces le cuesta disolver. Al año me empezó a caer un poco pesada. Con este panorama y leyendo un poco sobre las isoflavonas en las sojas decidí invertir un poco más y probar Evohydro 2.0 (suero de leche hidrolizado) un acierto para intolerantes a la lactosa.

Me sorprendió muchísimo, no suelen gustarme las proteínas de soja. Pero no tiene ningún sabor extraño, el de vainilla es muy rico, no es extremadamente dulce. Absorbe bastante agua por lo cual hace falta echar más agua para que no quede espesa o sino tomar tipo pudding. Compraré otros sabores para probar. Yo lo mezcle con agua.
