I bought it to supplement my protein intake on the days I don't make it, I'm lactose intolerant that's why I chose soy. It costs a little to dilute it and although it indicates that it has no flavor it does have a slight soy flavor.

A much healthier option for not abusing animal protein. Incredible quality contrasted by external laboratories. Incredible for definition by needing much more water and being more satiating than other proteins. I was surprised by the taste. Only one drawback. In times of volume may be too satiating and make it difficult to eat everything you need, although in definition that is a plus.

Increíble para definición al necesitar mucha más agua y ser más saciante que otras proteínas. De sabor me sorprendió. Solo un inconveniente. Acceptable strawberry flavor
I always buy chocolate, and I took advantage of the fact that there is a sample of this type to order strawberry. Not bad, a 6 out of 10 because it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet. But I prefer unsweetened chocolate for taste. Otherwise, like the rest, it dissolves well, is satiating, and feels good.
Siempre compro de chocolate, y aproveché que de este tipo hay muestra para pedir de fresa. No está mal, un 6 de 10 porque no sabe artificial ni muy dulce. Pero prefiero de chocolate sin edulcorantes por sabor.
Por lo demás, como el resto, se disuelve bien, es saciante, y me sienta bien.
