One of the best vegan options on the market, if not the best. Some flavors like vanilla or chocolate do not seem to me to be particularly successful, but others like coffee with caramel or apple struddle are very rich, recommended to dissolve in soy milk to improve its flavor and gain a few more grams of protein to the shake with few extra calories.

Chocolate, very good taste. But normal in terms of effectiveness. I take it because I have been lactose intolerant for many years. If I were not, I would take the classic buttermilk. I don't like the packaging, they don't last more than 2 weeks, the seal always breaks.

Chocolate, muy buen sabor. Pero a nivel de efectividad normalita. La tomo porque soy intolerante a la lactosa desde hace muchos años. Si no lo estaría tomaría la clásica del suero de la leche. El envase no me gusta, más de 2 semanas no me duran, se rompe siempre el cierre.

As a diet supplement it is perfect, the cookie flavor is very tasty but I prefer to dissolve it in soy milk than in water because it is too sweet in water.
