Excellent
I love using unflavored soy protein in recipes for pancakes, cakes, etc. because it provides a lot of protein without changing the taste of the food or having unwanted sweeteners. In addition, soy thickens things up quite a bit and the texture is much better than with whey. I haven't tried it as a shake on its own, but it's great for baking.
Me encanta usar la proteína de soja sin sabor para recetas de tortitas, bizcochos, etc ya que aporta muchísima proteína sin cambiar el sabor de los alimentos ni tener edulcorantes indeseados. Además la de soja espesa bastante y quedan las cosas con mucha mejor textura que con whey. No la he probado como batido solo, pero para repostería es genial.

The taste could be improved. It does not taste like vanilla, it tastes like vegetable soy beverage. I like the texture because you can take it in spoonfuls as a mousse.
