I bought the neutral flavor. It complies with what is offered in the description, so 100% recommended. I use this protein because of lactose intolerance, although other vegetable proteins had caused me abdominal bloating. This one seems to digest perfectly and I don't feel any heaviness after taking it.

If you want to try something other than conventional whey it is a good option, there is not much variety of flavors but the vanilla flavor is very good.
