Feels very heavy
I bought it for my wife and there is no way to take it, it is very, very dense and it is heavy on her stomach, it inflames and swells. It is preferable to take in our case the pea one, I don't know if it will give stomach problems to other people or only to us.

Still, if you prefer pea protein, it is a great choice anyway. Regarding the density, we recommend you to check that the volume of water, milk or vegetable drink that you use for mixing is the indicated one, since following these quantities the result is a fluid shake. En general la proteína de soja es muy bien tolerada, y no genera molestias salvo en personas alérgicas a la soja. Aun así, si prefieres la proteína de guisante, es una gran opción de todos modos.
Respecto a la densidad, te recomendamos comprobar que el volumen de agua, leche o bebida vegetal que utilizas para su mezcla sea el indicado, ya que siguiendo estas cantidades el resultado es un batido fluido.
